     Welcome to the official website for the Ashebrook Home Owners Association. Our community is located in Concord, North Carolina, 2 miles south of Highway 601 on Flowes Store Road.

     We take a great deal of pride in our community. We have an active Home Owners Association. We have an architectural Review Committee that ensures that the appearance of the homes remains at a high level to maintain our property values. We have an active Neighborhood Watch Committee that has an active relationship with the County Sheriff’s Department.

     We encourage all of our homeowners to maintain their homes as well as possible. This maintains a pleasant looking neighborhood, but also helps to help the overall value of the homes within our neighborhood.

     We have a copy of our Covenants in another section, and we would encourage you to email any of the Board Members or heads of Committees if you have any questions.
